Warranty Claims

While we sell some of the best parts in the business, there may be a time when a part does fail. Almost every part we sell comes with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers materials and workmanship (parts and labor to build). Every warranty will vary by manufacturer, product and model number as well as intended use (personal or commercial). While we sell these parts, we don’t build them, so the warranty is ultimately through the manufacturer, not Chux Trux, Inc.

If a part fails and is outside of our return policy, Chux Trux will make every attempt to help you with any part that has failed while it is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if you wish. You are also welcome to deal directly with the manufacturer on warranty issues since no one is as qualified to determine what caused a part to fail more so than the people who thought up the idea for the product, engineered it, designed it, built it and tested it….the manufacturer.

Chux Trux will make every attempt to help you with any part that has failed while it is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if you wish. All items covered under warranty must be accompanied by an original receipt showing the date of purchase, the manufacturer’s part number, description of the item and other

related info.

In some instances, the manufacturer will want to deal with you directly to handle any warranty claims. All warranty claims are subject to the specific manufacturer’s warranty requirements for the product you have purchased.

Any freight to/from us or the manufacturer is at your expense.
