Q: Can You Ship Parts To Me?

Chux Trux will be glad to ship an order we take over the phone, or in person. Orders over $99 that ship via UPS or FedEx ground USUALLY ship free! Individual items with Free Shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice to a single address within the continental United States. Free Shipping excludes orders requiring truck freight (18-wheeler) or orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Q: How fast is my order processed?

Under normal circumstances, orders are processed the same or following day, Monday through Friday during typical business hours. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, with the exception of holidays. Most orders will ship within 48 hours, or 2 business days.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Sorry, we currently do not ship to Canada, non-Continental US Territories, or Internationally.

Q: How much is shipping?

For orders that don't ship free, the shipping charges are determined using rate calculations by UPS and FedEx. Shipments too large to go by UPS will be sent via LTL truck freight and will require a quote prior to processing.

Q: Protecting Against Fraud

To help protect our customers against credit card fraud, we will call, email or use other ways to verify that the credit card holder authorized the purchase. The billing address MUST MATCH the records at the card issuing bank or we will not accept the order.

Q: Restocking Fee

Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
