Chux Guarantees You Are Getting the Best Price on Products

If you see the exact same item for a lower price at any of our Kansas City area, brick-and-mortar competitors (within 30 miles of one of our stores), either before the time of purchase or within 30 days after, simply Contact Us

We will be happy to match the competitor’s price upon confirming it through a published or online advertisement. “Exact same item” refers to merchandise of the same brand, part number, condition and warranty. “Lower price” refers to the competitors advertised price of the item plus any applicable shipping and handling charges as compared to the Chux Trux price plus any applicable shipping and handling charges. Price guarantee is limited to a published price, not a percent off sale, written quote, etc. The actual price must be listed (not a percentage off, $x.xx dollars off, etc.). The competitor must have the item in stock. Handwritten quotes are not permissible, they must be computer generated on the competitor’s letterhead. Competitors price must be a published price available to the general public (a sale flyer, promotion on their website, etc.)

We’ll refund he difference plus 10% if you find and show us any current lower price within 30 days of purchase from a local brick-and-mortar competitor. Price-match discounts cannot be combined with any other Chux offers, promotions or coupons.

• Installation labor prices
• Online / ecommerce sites
• Handwritten quotes or quotes not on a company letterhead showing address, phone number, etc.
• Competitor coupons with % off, $ off, or without part numbers
• Competitor clearance prices
• Wholesale or otherwise tax-exempt prices
• Internet auction websites (such as eBay)
